10" Antique ceramic plate from the 1920's with the image of Mae Murray hand drawn/painted.  Plate was first spray painted, then hand drawn in charcoal and painted with black acrylic paint. Gold paint marker around the curved edges of the pate. Spray varnished to protect and seal the artwork.
Hand signed on the front.  
Sturdy metal wall mount hook attached to the back of the plate.
